This remains a mystery to this day…
In Ballbek Lebanon there is a great archaeology site that has baffled scientists. There are some enormously big stones. Absolutely huge. Who or what made these? The narrator mentions that many archaeologists think the Romans were responsible. However, he points out that he thinks the Romans built on top of these stones, but lacked the technology to make such blocks! He also seems to think these stones pre date the Greeks, Romans and Egyptians, and were made by an unknown civilization.

In part 1 we explored the (at least) 1200 ton “Stone of the Pregnant Woman” in the main quarry near Baalbek. In part 2 we look at another stone of similar size, close by but rarely visited.
